Choose from the options below to make your Council Tax payment. Payment should be received on your account by the due date. Some payment types can take up to five working days to be received on your account. If payments are not received by the due date a reminder may be issued.
Direct Debit
Paying by Direct Debit is the easy way to pay. If you do not already use this convenient method and wish to, click on this link and sign up on line. Please have your account details to hand. Alternatively contact us on 01842 756567 and a member of staff will set a Direct Debit up with you.
Standing Order
A Standing Order can be set up using the following information:
Co-operative Bank, Cambridge Branch, sort code: 08-90-43, account number: 61514959 quoting your account reference number.
By telephone (automated 24 hour line)
You can make payments over the telephone using your debit or credit card by telephoning our automated payment line on 01353 616492 or 01353 616493.
There is an additional charge for payments made by credit card. Please have your account details to hand.

Please send a cheque made payable to East Cambridgeshire District Council to:

Please ensure that you write your account reference on the back of the cheque. Post dated cheques are not acceptable.
Cash is not accepted at the Council office.
