Payment reminder emails

Details about this service

If your Business Rates account falls into arrears and we hold your email address, the council may send a payment email reminder before taking any further recovery action. This service can prevent statutory recovery documents being issued and may help you avoid paying expensive costs.

Whilst this service is offered to prevent customers from falling further into arrears, it should not be relied upon and may not always be available. It is your responsibility to maintain the instalments due on your account in line with the bill issued and failure to do so may result in recovery action being taken.

Who sends the emails?

The emails are sent by The Anglia Revenues Partnership, who work in Partnership with Breckland Council, East Cambridgeshire District Council, East Suffolk Council, Fenland District Council and West Suffolk Council. The email will identify which Council these have been sent on behalf of, advise you of the amount outstanding and provide you with details of how to pay.

How can I sign up?

If we already have your email address, you will be signed up for the service automatically.  If we don’t, or if your details have changed and you would like to receive this service, please visit our website to sign up for Paperless billing - Do It Online.
