Move to paperless billing
Receiving your Council Tax or Business Rates bill by email is quicker, more efficient, and better for the environment. If we already hold your email address, we will be contacting you over the coming weeks to confirm that we will be moving you to paperless billing. You will still have the option to receive paper bills through the post if you prefer.

Pension Credit
Pension Credit is a means tested benefit which can be paid to pensioners by The Department for Work and Pensions.
You need to be 66 and over to claim it.
You can claim by phone; 0800 99 1234 (Mon-Fri 8am to 6pm) or you can claim online.
