Enforcement Agent

Our Enforcement Agents are self-motivated, customer focused officers who can negotiate the recovery of debts, agree payment plans and if necessary remove goods in order to recover monies owed to local authorities. The team visits debtors at home, which may be outside normal office hours. Accurate administration skills, a sound knowledge of enforcement legislation, familiarity with local policies and compliance at all times (including health and safety) are key for the role. 

Compliance Officer - Enforcement

This role requires excellent telephone negotiation skills to recover debts, agree payment plans and update case management systems. Our Compliance Officers are confident in making outbound calls to debtors, have excellent communication skills with partner organisations and support the Enforcement Agents. Knowledge of Council Tax, business rates, sundry debts and enforcement legislation is important for this role.
